Improved an existing OpenCart store: sped up page loading, simplified the checkout process, and redesigned product cards for better conversion. Optimized the catalog structure and fixed the filters to work correctly, since on PHP-based store templates this often affects search speed and usability. After these improvements, conversion increased and the number of abandoned carts dropped noticeably.
