The images for products and categories in the admin panel were missing as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_20-1024x474.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_20-1024x474.png 1024w, https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_20-300x139.png 300w, https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_20-768x356.png 768w, https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_20-1536x712.png 1536w, https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_20.png 1884w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>File manager was empty and the new files were not loading<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_21-1024x427.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_21-1024x427.png 1024w, https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_21-300x125.png 300w, https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_21-768x320.png 768w, https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Screenshot_21.png 1481w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Empty file manager<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>He has mentioned earlier that his website was moved to another server by his hosting provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The source code inspection tool (F12 Google Chrome)&nbsp; shows that picture path is missing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"120\" height=\"67\" src=\"https:\/\/chumak.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Untitled.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-336\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Make sure you have&nbsp; access rights to the following folders : image\/cache, image\/catalog<\/li><li>Create and open file&nbsp; rootpath.php with the following content : <br><strong>&lt;?=$_SERVER[&#8216;DOCUMENT_ROOT&#8217;];?&gt;<\/strong><\/li><li>Open in browser <strong>yoursite.com\/rootpath.php<\/strong><\/li><li>Compare path with the paths specified in files config.php, admin\/config.php<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case old path was \/home3\/clientlogin\/website.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New path&nbsp; \/home1\/clientlogin\/website.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changing the server has caused changing the name of the root folder .
